“Your Defeat Is Sealed” — Primate Ayodele Declares Doom for Fubara

The Leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has launched a blistering spiritual broadside against Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, declaring that the governor’s ongoing political crisis is the consequence of alleged sins committed in a “past life.”

In a scathing prophecy that has intensified the controversy surrounding Rivers State politics, Ayodele dismissed any hope of political rescue for Fubara, insisting that his challenges are spiritual and irreversible.

According to the outspoken cleric, no level of political alliance or elite backing can alter what he described as a divinely sealed fate for the embattled governor—even if all governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) were to rally behind him.

“SIM Fubara was a very bad person in his past life before he came to this world. What he did in his past life is what is hunting him today,” Ayodele declared.

The prophet maintained that Fubara’s political struggles have nothing to do with strategy, loyalty, or party strength, stressing that the outcome has already been determined in the spiritual realm.

“Even if all the APC governors support him today, he will still lose,” he stated emphatically.

Ayodele went further to mockingly compare Fubara with his estranged political godfather and current Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, suggesting the Rivers governor lacks the spiritual authority and influence to survive the ongoing power battle.

“In his next world, let him pray to be more influential like Wike, his boss,” Ayodele added.

Primate Ayodele is widely known for issuing controversial prophecies on political leaders, elections, and national affairs—remarks that frequently spark intense public debate and backlash.

His latest comments come against the backdrop of the deepening political crisis in Rivers State, fueled by a bitter and prolonged struggle between Governor Fubara and political forces loyal to Wike.

As of the time of filing this report, neither the Rivers State Government nor Governor Siminalayi Fubara has responded to the cleric’s explosive claims.
