Adeyanju Lauds Wike on Apo–Karshi Road Project

Human rights lawyer and activist, Barrister Deji Adeyanju, a long-time critic of the FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike, has commended him for the remarkable speed and quality of work currently ongoing on the Apo–Karshi Road.

In a statement issued on Wednesday in Abuja, Adeyanju expressed surprise at the level of progress recorded on the project within a short period, noting that the renewed pace of construction is both visible and commendable.

He said the road, which had lingered under construction for years with minimal progress, is now witnessing significant improvement, adding that performance deserves acknowledgment regardless of political differences.

“Even as a consistent critic of Nyesom Wike, the FCT Minister, I must sincerely commend him for the remarkable speed and level of work currently ongoing on the Apo–Karshi Road,” Adeyanju stated. “That road has been under construction for years with little progress, and the pace of work now is both visible and commendable. Credit should be given where it is due.”
